2. In addition, the next step of screen printing, which causes ink pollution on the glass surface after printing, is the tempering step of screen printing. In the tempering step, if there is ink bleeding on the edges of the glass or the glass contaminated with ink on the non-printing surface is placed in the tempering furnace, the glass The ink on the edge and the ink on the non-printing surface will adhere to the ceramic roller of the tempering furnace when heated, and the ink adhered to the ceramic roller will cause ink contamination on the glass surface of the subsequent furnace.

 

This phenomenon is most likely to cause ink contamination of subsequent products in batches. In order to avoid ink contamination caused by this phenomenon, the tempering process must inspect the surface and edges of glass before the glass enters the furnace. Infiltration pollution and glass appear on the edges. The surface ink spot is cleaned with a blade before tempering and loading to ensure that there is no residual high-temperature glass ink pollution before entering the furnace. If it is found after the tempering of the glass, it can only be wiped with sulfuric acid, which is a certain danger and reduces the work efficiency. .
